2. Because you live only for yourself and do not put God first in your life, and obey Him as you should, you forget that you did not ask to be born on earth. Instead, God Himself planned to bring you to earth for His special purpose. As a result, you are preoccupied with your work and forget God’s plan for you. Hag 1:6-8 “6 You have sown much seed, but bring in little; you eat but not enough; you drink but are not filled with drink; you clothe yourselves, but no one is warmed; and he who earns wages earns wages to put into a bag with holes. 7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways. 8 Go up to the mountains, bring wood, and build houses; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, says the Lord.”
Your blessings are not permanent because you have forgotten God. Your salary and blessings will not bring you any meaningful benefits because you do not serve God. God warned people that He has not stopped them from receiving salaries, harvesting, or receiving allowances, but they will not benefit from them. As a result, a person with the lowest income who obeys God is doing greater things of progress than you because there is something that you are not doing for the kingdom of God. You do not find any satisfaction in your life, even though you have an income. When you serve God and give to Him, He puts protection in your life. So even if you get a little, it does great things. Sadly, we have never given an offering that is equal to the donations we contribute to various festivals. But at the same time, we want God to bless us. Unless our righteousness exceeds that of the Pharisees, we will not be able to enter the Kingdom of God. Matthew 5:20 “For I say to you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Entering the Kingdom of God is entering the economy of the government of God.

2. Kwa sababu unaishi kwa ajili yako wenyewe na humtangulizi Mungu maishani na kumtii kama unavyopaswa. Unasahau kwamba hukuomba uzaliwe duniani bali Mungu mwenyewe ndiye alipanga kukuleta duniani kwa kusudi lake maalum. Matokeo yake unahangaika na kazi zako na kusahau mpango wa Mungu kwa ajili yako.
Hag 1:6-8 “6 Mmepanda mbegu nyingi mkavuna kidogo; mnakula lakini hamshibi; mnakunywa lakini hamkujazwa na vinywaji; mnajivika nguo lakini hapana aonaye moto; na yeye apataye mshahara apata mshahara ili kuutia katika mfuko uliotoboka-toboka. 7 Bwana wa majeshi asema hivi, Zitafakarini njia zenu. 8 Pandeni milimani, mkalete miti, mkaijenge nyumba; nami nitaifurahia, nami nitatukuzwa, asema Bwana.”
Baraka zako hazidumu kwa vile umemsahau Mungu. Mshahara na baraka zako hazitafanya kitu cha maana kwa vile humtumikii Mungu. Mungu aliwaonya watu kwamba hajawazuia kupata mishahara wala kuvuna wala kupata posho, lakini hawatanufaika nazo. Matokeo yake mtu mwenye kipato cha chini kabisa anayemtii Mungu anafanya mambo makubwa ya maendeleo kuliko wewe kwa vile kuna kitu hufanyi kwa ajili ya ufalme wa Mungu. Hupati utoshelevu wowote katika maisha yako pamoja na kwamba una kipato. Unapomtumikia Mungu na kumtolea sadaka, anaweka ulinzi katika maisha yako. Hivyo hata kama unapata kidogo, kinafanya mambo makubwa. Inasikitisha kwamba hatujawahi kutoa sadaka inayolingana na michango tunayochangia kwenye sherehe mbalimbali. Lakini wakati huohuo tunataka Mungu atuinue. Haki yetu isipozidi ya mafarisayo hatutaweza kuingia katika Ufalme wa Mungu. Mathayo 5:20 “Maana nawaambia ya kwamba, Haki yenu isipozidi hiyo haki ya waandishi na Mafarisayo, hamtaingia kamwe katika ufalme wa mbinguni.” Kuingia katika Ufalme wa Mungu ni kuingia katika uchumi wa serikali ya Mungu.
