Wekeza katika malezi ya kiroho ya watoto na vijana: Mafunzo ya walimu kuanza kutolewa jijini Dar
Leo nimetambulisha mtaala wa mafunzo ya malezi ya watoto na vijana kwa wachungaji na maaskofu kadhaa wa jijini Dar. Walengwa wa masomo haya ni walimu wa shule za makanisani, vipindi vya dini mashuleni na wazazi wanaotaka kusaidia watoto nyumbani na mitaani. Mtaala huu kutoka shirika la BES, Uingereza unapatikana kwa lugha ya Kiswahili na umethibitika kuwa na faida zifuatazo:
1. Watoto wanapata mafunzo ya Biblia yanayoendana na marika yao.
2. Watoto wanajifunza Neno la Mungu kwa nadharia na vitendo.
3. Watoto wanajifunza Biblia kwa kutumia mazoezi yanayosisimua na kutumia akili pia. Mfano, crossword nk
4. Walimu wanapatiwa kitabu cha mwongozo na watoto wanapatiwa vijitabu.
5. Walimu wanafanya maandalio ya somo ndipo wawafundishe watoto – hakuna ubabaishaji.
Kumbuka kupuuza huduma ya watoto na kujikita kwenye huduma za watu wazima peke yake kuna hatari zifuatazo:
1. Mzazi na kiongozi atahukumiwa na kuadhibiwa na Mungu. Mathayo 18:6 “bali atakayemkosesha mmojawapo wa wadogo hawa waniaminio, yamfaa afungiwe shingoni jiwe kubwa la kusagia, na kutoswa katika kilindi cha bahari.”
2. Hatumpendezi Mungu tunayemtumikia. Yn 21:15 “Basi walipokwisha kula, Yesu akamwambia Simoni Petro, Je! Simoni wa Yohana, wewe wanipenda kuliko hawa? Akamwambia , Naam ,Bwana, wewe wajua kuwa nakupenda. Akamwambia, Lisha wana-kondoo wangu.
3. Tunakuwa na wazee wenye tabia za ajabu katika jamii zetu. Mithali 22:6 “Mlee mtoto katika njia impasayo, Naye hataiacha, hata atakapokuwa mzee.”
Jiandikishe wakati huu tunapofanya maandalizi ya mwisho ili uweze kujulishwa tutakapoanza rasmi. Sidhani kuna mtu anafurahia kuona kwamba watoto wakifikia umri fulani wanaikana imani na kukimbizana na dunia (dunia inatunyang’anya watoto wetu).
