Mwaliko wa warsha ya mafunzo kuhusu sheria na taratibu za umiliki wa ardhi (Invitation to a Training Workshop on Land Ownership Laws and Procedures)
Tunatarajia kuwa na mafunzo haya Jumapili tarehe 17/05/2026 saa 9.30 jioni katika ukumbi wa TLMC Manundu Korogwe karibu na Magereza. Mtaalam kutoka Halmashauri ya mji Korogwe atakuwa mwezeshaji.
Miongoni mwa masuala atakayozungumzia ni:
1. Aina za matumizi ya ardhi na maana zake kv makazi, biashara, kilimo nk.
2. Aina za umiliki wa ardhi ili kuepusha migogoro kv wanandoa wanapotengana.
3. Jinsi ya kuhakiki umiliki wa ardhi kabla ya kununua kwa mtu.
4. Haki za kisheria katika kunufaika na raslimali mfano, madini yanapogundulika katika shamba la mtu.
5. Ulazima wa ramani na vibali vya ujenzi kwenye viwanja vilivyopimwa na ambavyo havijapimwa (mashamba).
6. Jinsi ya kubadili umiliki wa ardhi baada ya kununua kiwanja kwa jina la mtu mwingine.
7. Tofauti ya kujenga kwenye shamba na kujenga kwenye kiwanja kilichopimwa.
8. Ufafanuzi kuhusu sheria ya mtu kumiliki eneo kwa vile amelitumia kwa muda wa miaka 12 tangu alipoliazima. Swali hili limetokana na watu waliowahi kupoteza mashamba yao baada ya kuazima watu.
Invitation to a Training Workshop on Land Ownership Laws and Procedures
We are pleased to invite you to a training workshop on land ownership laws and procedures, scheduled to take place on Sunday, 17/05/2026 at 3:30 PM at the TLMC Manundu Korogwe Hall near Magereza.
The training will be facilitated by a land expert from the Korogwe Town Council.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
1. Types of land use and their meanings, such as residential, commercial, agricultural, and others.
2. Types of land ownership and how to avoid conflicts, especially in cases such as separation between couples.
3. How to verify land ownership before purchasing land from someone.
4. Legal rights related to benefiting from natural resources, for example, when minerals are discovered on a person's farm.
5. Requirements for maps and building permits on surveyed and unsurveyed plots (farms).
6. Procedures for changing land ownership after purchasing a plot registered in another person’s name.
7. The difference between building on farmland and building on a surveyed plot.
8. Clarification on the law concerning land ownership after using borrowed land for 12 years. This issue arose from cases where some people lost their land after lending it to others.
