PRAYER WITHOUT FAITH IS POWERLESS
Do not wait until you see results before you believe. Believe God's Word and His declarations first.
20 Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
21 And Peter, remembering, said to Him, "Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away."
When the root dries up, the leaves do not wither immediately. Likewise, do not assume God has not answered your prayers just because you have not yet seen visible results. Do not cancel your answer through unbelief.
Build your faith on God and His Word, not on people or religious figures and systems.
22 So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God.
Speak with authority over what God has placed under your dominion instead of merely asking for it.
23 "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Act on your faith once you have assurance in your heart. For example, if God has assured you that you will build a house, begin buying nails or other materials even before you own the land. Faith takes practical steps before the promise is seen.
24 "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
