Business or Project Startup No. 2: Provide a Living Ministry to Your Customers (Uanzishaji wa shughuli au mradi Na 2: Toa huduma hai kwa wateja wako)
Customers are not just consumers of your business but also recipients of your spiritual services. Minister life to your customers. We should not always blame people for not loving the word of God. The word of God has its own qualities. It must be life-giving. 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting and training in righteousness.” The inspired word of God changes people. If your ministry is not inspired by God, those you serve will be discouraged. The inspiration of God makes people serve with dedication without forcing themselves. There is a difference between leadership and management. A manager leads by organizing and following through until things happen. A leader inspires people to do things without feeling coerced. A good leader does not push people but motivates them to serve. Things do not happen as expected because people do not feel like they own them. They do not see them as belonging to them. It is not an easy task to make someone do God's work as if it were their own work. May God quicken you to use words wisely for your clients. Identify people's needs well. People cannot love something if it is not quickened. Psalm 85:6 “Will you not return and quicken us, that your people may rejoice in you?” We also need God to quicken our worship services and the scriptures we use.

Wateja sio walaji wa biashara zako peke yake bali hata wapokeaji wa huduma zako za kiroho. Wapatie wateja wako huduma yenye uhai (minister life to them). Tusiwalaumu watu wakati wote kwamba hawapendi neno la Mungu. Neno la Mungu lina sifa zake. Lazima lihuishe watu. 2 Timotheo 3:16 “Kila andiko, lenye pumzi ya Mungu, lafaa kwa mafundisho, na kwa kuwaonya watu makosa yao, na kwa kuwaongoza, na kwa kuwaadibisha katika haki.” Neno lenye pumzi ya Mungu linabadilisha watu. Kama huduma yako haina pumzi ya Mungu, unaowahudumia watachoka. Pumzi ya Mungu inawafanya watu watumike kwa kujituma bila kujilazimisha. Kuna tofauti kati ya uongozi na menejimenti. Meneja anaongoza kwa kuratibu vitu na kuvifuatilia mpaka vifanyike. Kiongozi anawavutia watu kufanya vitu bila kuhisi kwamba wamelazimishwa. Kiongozi mzuri hasukumi watu bali anawavutia watumike. Ukiona vitu vingi havitekelezwi, watu hawajisikii kuvimiliki. Hawaoni kama ni vya kwao. Sio kazi rahisi kumfanya mtu aifanye kazi ya Mungu kama vile ni kazi yake binafsi. Mungu akuhuishe uwe na lugha nzuri au kauli nzuri kwa wateja wako. Tambua mahitaji ya watu vizuri. Watu hawawezi kukipenda kitu kama hakijahuishwa. Zaburi 85:6 “Je! Hutaki kurudi na kutuhuisha, Watu wako wakufurahie?” Tunahitaji pia Mungu ahuishe ibada zetu na maandiko tunayoyatumia.
