Be careful with dolls and T-shirts with bad writing

Give your child a doll that matches his vision. If he says he wants to be a teacher, buy him toys that match that dream. Please don't buy your child a pistol because you will be preparing him for war. Instead of preparing him to be a man of God, you are preparing him to fight. Some dolls are said to contain evil spirits. You may think you have just placed an ornament on the table, and it is a demon. But you may also think it is just a doll, and it is an idol you have placed in your house.
Even the T-shirts we wear should be aware of the meaning of the words written on those T-shirts. Some words have bad meanings when worn at home. For example, it is not good to wear a T-shirt that says 'mortuary attendant' at home.
The children of Israel were told that after they had arrived in Canaan, they should search for the gods that existed and destroy them. Deuteronomy 12:2,3 “You shall utterly destroy all the places where the nations which you shall dispossess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and the hills, and under every green tree; and ye shall break down their altars, and break down their pillars, and burn their groves with fire, and cut down the graven images of their gods; and ye shall blot out the name of them out of that place.”
Examine your house for any idols or names of gods. Do not delude yourself that you will cleanse satanic things. Excrement and charms are not cleansed but are thrown away.

Mpe mtoto mdoli ambao unaendana na maono yake. Kama anasema anapenda kuwa mwalimu mnunulie midoli inayoendana na ndoto hiyo. Usimnunulie mtoto kibastola maana utakuwa unamuandaa kwa vita. Badala ya kumuandaa kuwa mtu wa Mungu unamuandaa kupigana. Midoli mingine ni ina roho mbaya ndani yake. Unaweza kudhani umeweka tu pambo mezani na kumbe ni jini. Lakini pia unaweza kudhani ni mdoli tu na kumbe ni sanamu umeiweka ndani ya nyumba yako.
Hata fulana tunazovaa tunatakiwa kujua vizuri maana ya maneno yaliyoandikwa katika fulana hizo. Maneno mengine yana maana mbaya zinapovaliwa nyumbani. Mfano, sio vizuri kuvaa nyumbani kwako fulana iliyoandikwa ‘mhudumu wa mochwari.’
Wana wa Israeli waliambiwa kwamba wakifika Kanaani watafute miungu iliyopo na kuiangamiza. Kum 12:2,3 “Vunjeni kabisa mahali pote walipokuwa wakiitumikia miungu yao mataifa mtakayoyamiliki, juu ya milima mirefu, na juu ya vilima, na chini ya kila mti wenye majani mabichi; nanyi zivunjeni madhabahu zao, zibomoeni nguzo zao, na maashera yao yateketezeni kwa moto, na sanamu za kuchonga za miungu yao zikateni; na jina lao lifutilieni mbali na mahali hapo.”
Chunguza nyumbani kwako kama kuna sanamu yoyote au majina ya miungu. Usijidanganye kwamba utatakasa vitu vya kishetani. Kinyesi na hirizi havitakasiki bali vinatupwa.
