Isa 40:28-31 “28 Je! Wewe hukujua? Hukusikia? Yeye Mungu wa milele, Bwana, Muumba miisho ya dunia, hazimii, wala hachoki; akili zake hazichunguziki. 29 Huwapa nguvu wazimiao, humwongezea nguvu yeye asiyekuwa na uwezo. 30 Hata vijana watazimia na kuchoka, na wanaume vijana wataanguka; 31 bali wao wamngojeao Bwana watapata nguvu mpya; watapanda juu kwa mbawa kama tai; watapiga mbio, wala hawatachoka; watakwenda kwa miguu, wala hawatazimia.”

Epuka watu wasio na uvumilivu, wale wanaokukatisha tamaa. Shirikiana na watu wanaoongeza thamani katika maisha yako.
Chunguza namba za simu za watu ulizo nazo. Ni watu wa maana kiasi gani kwako. Je ni watu wanaoweza kukuvusha katika changamoto zako au ni watu wa kukupa taarifa za misiba na magonjwa tu? Je ni watu wanaoweza kukuunganisha na fursa fulani? Unatakiwa kubadili aina ya marafiki ulio nao kama unataka kuona mabadiliko chanya katika maisha yako. Tunatakiwa kuepuka kuwa na fikra mgando (fixed mindset) ya kufanya mambo ya aina moja kila wakati. Epuka kufanya mambo kwa namna moja kila wakati (monotony). Ukifanya hivyo utachoka au watu watakuchoka. Watu wanataka mabadiliko. Fanya maamuzi magumu kama tai kwa kufanya maamuzi ambayo mwingine hawezi kukuiga. Tafuta watu sahihi wa kukupeleka juu sana kama tai.

Isa 40:28-31 “28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. 29 He gives power to the faint; he increases strength to those who have no might. 30 Even youths will faint and be weary, and young men will fall; 31 but those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.”
KEY LESSONS FROM THE EAGLE
1. THE EAGLE FLIES ALONE TO THE HIGHEST – Doesn't fly with other birds
• Avoid impatient people, those who bring you down. Associate with people who add value to your life.
Please look at the phone numbers of the people you have. How important are they to you? Are they people who can help you through your challenges, or are they just people who give you information about disasters and illnesses? Are they people who can connect you to certain opportunities? You need to change the type of friends you have if you want to see positive changes in your life. We need to avoid having a fixed mindset that leads to doing the same things every day. Avoid doing things the same way all the time (monotony). If you do that, you will get bored, or people will get bored with you. People want change. Make tough decisions like an eagle by making decisions that no one else can imitate. Find the right people to take you as high as an eagle.
