What are the characteristics of a work blessed by God? (Kazi yenye baraka za Mungu ikoje?)
Some people achieve success through injustice, hard work, or covenants with the devil.
1. It glorifies God – it does not glorify you or the devil.
2. You enjoy it – you do not complain, but you bless it with your words, and you love it.
3. It pays you (fruits of your labor) – it gives you money for basic and additional needs (not just for subsistence) Psalm 128:2 “You will surely eat the labor of your hands; you will be blessed, and it will be well with you.”
4. You do it with quality or standards – you have the talent, gift, and skill to do it well.
5. It blesses God’s work and other people – It is not just for your personal and family benefit.
Genesis 12:2 “And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.”

Watu wengine wanapata mafanikio kwa dhuluma, bidii, au maagano na shetani.
Inamtukuza Mungu – haikutukuzi wewe wala shetani.
Unaifurahia – huilalamikii bali unaibariki kwa maneno yako na unaipenda.
Inakulipa (fruits of your labor) – inakupa pesa za mahitaji ya msingi na ziada (sio ya kujikimu tu) Zaburi 128:2 Taabu ya mikono yako hakika utaila; Utakuwa heri, na kwako kwema.
Unaifanya kwa ubora au viwango – una kipaji, karama na ujuzi wa kuifanya vizuri
Inabariki kazi ya Mungu na watu wengine – Sio ya kunufaisha kibinafsi na familia yako tu
Mwanzo 12:2 “nami nitakufanya wewe kuwa taifa kubwa, na kukubariki, na kulikuza jina lako; nawe uwe baraka.”
